Hello all mylotters:
JUst now, I found my star re[utation on mylot is down to the 9 level(from blue to red).I know i have might make some one dissatisfied with the response.So they leave me the negative feedback,but i am not angry. I would thank him/her a lot oppositely. Because he/she let me know one thing: i havn't done some thing well,i should improve something.
For me, i never leave anyone the negative feedback here on mylot.No worries. I understand your action.We have different opinions in mind.

My star colour hasn't changed but my rating number out of 100 has so I guess this means that I have upset someone too? Oh well, I can only be me! It would be pretty boring to be "Mr Congeniality" all the time anyways..... I very, very rarely use the negative button and I ESPECIALLY won't use it if someone disagrees with me! I actually appreciate it when they do because it means we can intelligently expand on our opinions and actually learn something.....

yes, i know some one must disagree with my opinion.but i think it is understandable.because we have different head, different mind, of course.I only am a little surprised at it due to i am so friendly and honest on mylot to people.

Hate to be the one to break it to you but one person can not effect a persons star rating.
I could go around and negitively rate a person all day long and it wouldn't make a difference. So maybe you pissed off more than just one person. Either that or maybe you just weren't as good as you thought you were.

don't worry about it.i guess we can not please everyone and sooner or later some one will mark us with a negative here and there.the thing is i don't think you actually get to find out what it was ,so you realy don't learn anything from this,so its hard to improve on anything unless you know what it is.keep up the good work.cheers sue

Successlog, do not worry now you have got chance to make it 10 again. You cant controll people there is option to neggate to repo and that person has given you negetive repo, you have to accept as its part of MyLot. When we recieve positive repo we never complaint, and we should not complaint in case of negetives. But Personally i never gave negetive points to anyone and will not give to any one. :) Cheer Friend long way to go in Mylot.

Hi dear
I just dont understand why the vindictive souls are after us! My score has gone down as well. Obviously someone doesn't like my star color, out star color.
But, I think we should not bother much about this and carry on.

That is the right attitude... when we see our star go down... we will feel a little sad about it... because most of us are aiming to have that 10 blue star... but dwelling on our sadness will not get us anywhere... i had my own share of star going down... but that made me strive more to get back my 10 blue star... and it worked...

lol =D U are so kind hearted by thanking the person instead of being angry with that particular.. haha =D Same like u, my color has also been changing so frequently like a baby changing their diapers.. Once it's soiled by other's negative rating, the clean blue diapers will keep changing and leaving me in the red.. lol
Till now, i dun really care about the colors of my star, i will just let it be, because we cant possibly please everyone ^_^ especially those petty ones.. lol

As long as you keep your quality discussions as always I think you'll be able to have that blue star back Your posts are always good and I think that one person who always marks you negative wouldn't match the other people especially your friends who always give you positive ratings.

and I didnt even realize that importance of the stars...how stupid of me. Im sorry for the down grade...just move on. I'd like to know perhaps, how the negative feed back is given? I think its very cruel to give negative feedbacks. I had a very bad experience with ebay but I forgave the seller. I didnt give her negative feedbacks. thank you for bringing my attention to this.just stay positive.

Don't mind. I have the same experience, after a intense argue my star number decreased. I don't take it serious and I know I have done the best thing that I can do. Some one do have bias.
