Darn this cold...(s)

I get colds so frequently, I get them as many as twice a week. I notice I get them when just before it rains, leaving me to think my nose is some sort of rain detector. When I get it, my nose stuffs up so bad I can only breathe through a single nostril and my mucus keeps flowing out like a tap... Has anyone experienced something like this? It's getting quite annoying. Does anyone have any cures for a cold like this that never goes away? I don't want to keep sneezing for the rest of my life. Help!
