how often do you visit a doctor in a year?

are you someone who visit the doctor even without ailment? or you only come to visit the doctor if you feel bad and not feeling well. i would usually have an annual visit to the doctor just to check on my health. i think it is but proper to have an annual check with you physician so that we can prevent any sickness or diseases prior to it getting worst.

I have to go every 3 months for blood work and i also have asthma so i have to be very careful.

I visit the doctor every 3-4 months to have blood work done, I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and the medication requires this blood work. so I am at the doctors office at least 4 times a year. Other than that I really don't have to go for nothing else. I guess that is enough.
