Have you ever had a sad feeling all of a sudden? Even though you don't know what is causing you to feel that way? Thats what Im feeling right now.. And I still can't figure out why. I feel like I cant even answer to discussion, not even clicking my PTC's... *sigh*

I like to watch massage movies when that happens. Or give myself a massage. Anything can turn around if you try.

Yes, there are days when I do feel like that. I start feeling so low and down that nothing seems interesting to me anymore and nothing instantly perks my mood. Then it goes away as I spend some idle hours here or there or with a good nap I start feeling much better.

Hi friend even I do have the same problem. Sometimes I just become sad without knowin the exact reason. I just feel sad for so many things all of a sudden. I become upset with whatever happened to me before so many months or years...Even all my friends ask me why am I sad at that time I will not be able to answer what is my problem. Even my husband also tells the same thing that why am I like this.. I will not be able to answer them why is it like this...

yeah,i suppose everybody suffer this to different extent.maybe our feeling is a circle, and it has its upsurge and low-tide.No one can assure of the continuously upsurge.knowing this,we all should take it easy, right.so ,go ahead,do something that can make u feel better, even a little is enough.say bye bye to low-tide and welcome to upsurege.

wow, i tend to get those same feelings. Some times at school and when am in class. i call it my 'personal mood swing' my friends have witnessed it. I jst get down for no apparent reasons. i think its because society sucks but most times i dont know whats causing my sadness. jst heng in there and think about happy times, that usually does the trick for me (sometimes).

That is very understandable, sometimes I feel so anxious, worried and really down, yet I can't pinpoint what's causing it. This is most especially true when I have no one to talk to, which is the case most of the time. I hope everything will okay with you soon. Just try to think of happy thoughts, or do some happy activity. Take care!
