It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring!

Well, I wasn't on last night because of storm. lol I'm in Minneapolis Minnesota and yes it rained hard. Power went out at work. Right after I left that was good. Got to store did some shopping while it was raining really hard then got home at midnight. went to bed and selpt good. have a nice day.

.....he went to bed, he bumped his head, he couldn't get up in the morning! LOL. The weather here has been mainly dry with a little bit of sunshine throughout the day. Ellie :D

How funny. My mom use to say this all the time. Haven't heard the saying in years. We are having a great week weatherwise. It's beautiful outside, was 69 this morning. Is sunny and clear. I can't believe it's August in Missouri. We generally have such high heat and humidity during this month. We could actually use some rain now since the lawns are getting dry. Hope this continues right into fall and we have an easy winter.

Rainy, Rainy and HOT as usual this time of the year.

i live in 'sunny' Bolton where it rains all the time so again it was raining today i didn't mind though i didn't have to go out today so it didn't bother me. I actually like to listen to the rain in best which is where i've been most of the day. (illness playing up) i've alot of errands to do tomoz though so homefully it'll hold off i catch colds and things so easily these days.

Hi Here the climate is hot ....so we need some breeze... But i too expeirenced heavy rains in other days. Its really hard to go out and the work outs after the rain goes off is huge. Drying out the major thing after rain adn levelling the lawn is again a nightmare to us. I could understand your position my friend, its hard days for you. But only pleasant thing is that you have mylot in home which is so hot to take up the coldness of rain outside. Still you are safe for the moment !!! lets see the future once rain goes off !!! Enjoy the moment.

Well here it is overcast and Muggy again we have not really had a good Summer in the UK I think it was just as bad as last year if not worse and now we are heading towards the end of it again

its been hot and humid here. We did have some rain last sunday, as for today nothing. I dont mind if we get a little rain this way I dont have to water my lawn and my garden.

Right now it is partly cloudy, 89 but feels like 100 and muggy outside. We also got some rain this past week, we got several inches and it was so nice. We do have chances for rain again in our forecast for through friday then it depends on what Gustav is going to do if or when he gets in the Gulf of Mexico on our weather after this weekend.

It's been raining for like a week here. And I love it, it's the best time to go on white water rafting. Just did it last weekend with a gazillion of college kids. There were so many of them, it didn't just rain with rain, but it rained with college kids!. Well, I did enjoy, it was refreshing and challenging at the same time. But last two weeks was my best rain experience, it pouring so hard, and my friend and I just went outside to just experience the rain. It was so therapeutic. You guys should try it sometime. :)

Glad you are getting the rain that you need. I, too, appreciate a rainy day once in awhile. Our weather is quite sunny and hot, 92 degrees, and humid. Enjoy that day indoors. Hope you get to watch a movie or enjoy a craft that you like to do. Have fun!

Today it was sunny and about 83 degrees outside. It was pretty nice. This morning when my son left for school it was only 67 degrees outside, so I left the front door open to let some fresh air in the screen door.
