How to make soup

Last Friday, my husband and I went to Nelson-Atkins Museum in KC, MO. We enjoyed the art gallery but we definitely enjoyed the VEGETABLE-BEEF NOODLE SOUP the most!!!!OH how I wish I will be able how to make it. Can anyone share their favorite SOUP and how to make it? thanks.

[i]HI geene, ohhh..I have no idea how to make any soup..LOL! I know there are simple recipe that we can find but I have not tried making any! LOL! I am the eater in the house, I will only cook when I will miss our food![/i]

Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. hehehe. I am the eater and the cook at home - i am tried beef stew the other day. :) I cook stuff around the house - i want shaun to eat healthy. Ur hubby cooks for you? wawa man hubby. hehehhe :)

[i]yea, he is the chef here, LOL! He loves cooking also so it's okay! LOL! I want to learn but when I will try, I prefer his output more so great excuse! LOL! He loves fresh salad all the time and I learn to love it too even if my choice before is always to boil before eating it! LOL![/i]

Soups are one of the easiest things to make. You can add anything to it and whaa laa you have soup. Beef Chicken Pork Shrimp. Just use broth and veggies anykidn that you like. If you are putting in a meat start boiling that about 30 minutes before you add anything else. Left overs are great for soup. Have a great day!

Left over meat? what is ur favorite soup?
