My co-workers were talking about the merits of eating tomatoes. They said that it's good for the skin.
I don't know if it's true or not. What other foods or whatever are great for the skin? Cucumber, I know does wonders for the eye area and that mayonnaise can be used as hair moisturizer. What else?

BLUEBERRIES!! Blueberries is every celebrity's best kept secret for great skin. I'm also a nutritionist and it is the best of any fruit of vegetable you can eat. Don't forget about water though! Water is your key to youth!

I didn't know that fact about tomatoes. I personally don't really like them. But if it is good for skin maybe I will rethink on eating them. I can usually take tomatoes while in ketchup or a tomato sauce though. I didn't realize that mayonnaise is beneficial for hair moisturizing.
Well you learn something new every day.
