when was the last time you prepared a special meal for the family?

My husband is away every two weeks. He is only home every other week end so when he is around, we dine out or we go out of town. But last Saturday, he did the marketing and bought crabs, scallops, squid and Lechon. Lechon is roast pork. pork is roasted whole. The skin becomes reddish and crispy but cholesterol loaded. very bad for the health. I did the cooking and we ate together at home. Nowmy husband is away to Palawan, he will be back Monday. We will look forward for a nice family meal next week end.
