On my desktop I have a picture of a monkey smiling, it's a really funny looking picture. Sometimes I like to have a picture of my family or some cars I like, although my smiling monkey picture has been my desktop image for a long time now. It looks so funny that I can't manage making myself choose another picture to take its place, haha. What about everyone else here, what kind of pictures do you like to use as your desktop image?

Isn't that kind of freaky looking at yourself every time you don't have any apps up on the screen?

It does seem a littly funny to have a picture of yourself as your desktop image, lol. Sounds a little egocentric, kind of like looking at a mirror that doesn't have you move, haha, but to each his own. :D

Maverick befoer Surgery - This is my son on Happy Juice to relax him before they rolled him away to the O.R for tonsils and adnoid surgery.
Generally its a pic of my son. He loves to see himself on the monitor all the time..lol. Now that he is in school for full day, it helps me to not miss him quite so much, if im setting here i will minimize the screen and just smile at his photo. The one i have of him on there right now, is from March when he had his tonsils and adnoids out, they had given him what i call "happy Juice" to relax him before they took him back to the O.R and he just was laughing and had the biggest smile on his face. I am posting here to share

I currently have the same picture as I'm using as my avatar. I so love giraffes. :) Usually, however, I will have photos of my kids, pets, or something personal.

I like to have pictures of my various family members on my desktop but my husband likes to have pictures of his motorcycles so it's a good thing we have XP! At work I have a picture of one of the beaches down here.
