account lock

hello my runescape account got locked because i submitted an appeale against a mute. I got muted because someone hacked my account. it's been like 2hr does anyone have any info on why my account is not unlocked yet?? plzz and ty

Your account is locked because JaGeX has sufficient evidence against your mute/lock. Thats why your account is not locked. I would have stuck with the mute and moved on instead of making it worse. I would recommend not typing stupid things, swearing etc. And if you said to them that it was your friend on the account then they would lock it because you admitted straight to them that you we're account sharing, A ban-able offence.
