i got hacked and the hacker got me muted i tried to appeale it now my account is locked and it's been 3 hrs and it's still not unlocked can some1 tell me how to unlock it or how lont i have to wait?????????? plzz and ty for your time

It's locked until such a time as Jagex can make an investigation to determine who the real owner is. It's hard to say when they'll get around to it.
