Well, you know how a woman has her menstrual cycles and her PMS and hormonal changes throughout the month? A woman can be several different people over the course of a month. But a man is pretty much in the same state every day, really.

A man does change his moods, just like a woman can without having her menstrual. Moods are moods, no matter how they are influenced. A man can get angry, upset, tired, hungry, annoyed... and often does while a woman is on her period.
