Shoes or sandal ???

I am a married woman and working mom at the same time. From Mondays to Fridays, I go to the office wearing the set of uniform issued by the company I've bee working with for almost four years now, along with my office shoes which my husband and I bought three years ago. Except during these said days, I wear sandals wherever we go. Like you, I also prefer using them because they are more casual and airy; they also do allow my feet to be free. When our finances permit us to go shopping, I use them a lot. And one more reason why I wear them in most of the occasions or events, or outings we attend to, is that purchasing a new set of shoes is more expensive than a couple pairs of sandals. Honestly, we don't have sufficient funds for any luxurious items as of now. Some people consider buying shoes as basic need but for us, buying shoes in excess of one pair is a luxury already since our cash flow isn't as ideal at present. We still have a substantial monetary obligations with credit card companies, private individuals, officemates, government, and loan agencies. Hopefully, we'll be able to pay-off all our outstanding loans by the end of the current year; and still have sufficient money for the family.
