since i joined here in mylot, the only easy way to get my earnings in paypal is through Union Bank of the Philippines. My earnings are not that big though but it is not that small too. If you'll convert dollars to peso, it is already a big amount for me. I already raise lots of funds in my paypal account and now i want to withdraw it to my bank account. since its my first time to withdraw my funds there are lots of new terms for me to fill up just to get my money. i tried million times calling the customer service of union bank to help me with my transaction but their line is busy. for 10 days already, still i can't get through their line. (maybe it's the way they really give their service) so what i did, i just input the numbers and information that i think they need and i waited. fortunately, my transaction was denied. Paypal said that the account information i gave was invalid. and they deducted 250 pesos about 1.50$. and until now i can't think of what to do. still i can't call union bank's customer service. if you have any idea how to do this transaction, please do help me! what is the account number they are asking? is it the same with the card number? paypal is asking for 16 digits, and i gave them the card number since its the 16 digit number? i also have 12 digit number below my name, is it the account number?

I dont really know as well cos its bit different from my cash cards i have got in the UK, although i'll try.... 16 digits are the ones printed bigger(above your name).Just key in those and then youre ok.. Check as well if your card has the logo that paypal has like mastercard, visa etc... Im planning to open an account as well for my earned money too.. I heard union bank is really that busy? Are you using the Eon card?

HI chechuva, wow..that is a big deduction there! I'm sorry to hear about that! Anyway, is there a way for you to email them? or just visit them personally? or maybe you try to call at a different hour, maybe earlier so that you will be entertained! Hopefully, you will get some tips and suggestions from members who are also in our Country! I hate to be deducted that much! We work hard a single cent here!

Actually i called their main office in Makati. They transfered my call to the ebanking customer service because according to the person who answered me, he doesn't know anything about the eon-paypal transactions. Fortunately the line of the customer service is always busy. i really hope someone could help me with this. thanks for droppin' by!

My dear, I can't help but sympathize with you. You better shift to moneybookers if paypal account is giving you hard time. If you can't call union bank why not go to their office personally to tell them of your predicament. A lot of charges will be further imposed on you if you don't do the needful as early as possible.
