I have been search for a blog which can put blog ads and has complete function.Do you know which blog has this function?Whether Chinese or English blog is popular,can you recommend one to me?

blogger.com still the best one for what you want to do, there is also wordpress.com but it's kinda get to ya nerves :) , i used also iblog.com it's good also but sometimes it's down because they want to sell it.
at all for one i use blogger and it's the easy good one.

I built my blog on blogger.com,but it show Chinese,Iwant to buit an English blog in blogger.com,how should I do?

Hey hichamov can you give me the address of your iblog blog. I want to see it. How did you design it. I want to open an account there. But before i want to know more about it. I am a naive in HTML. So it is necessary for me to know whether a naive can use it or not. Please replay.

I am using blogger. It is very eassy for me. I have no idea on HTML. but i can go easily with it. They have separate option for posts and other things. You can easily maintain your blog. I am also using squiddo. I heard they pay money but don't know for what.
