need help burning a DVD

I downloaded a movie off of the internet. I want to burn it to DVD. How do I do this? I have dvd burner, I have burned copys of dvds before but never downloaded one to burn. I have Rhaposady & windows media player. Can I use them to burn a DVD? The only thing that i see on either of those is burn an audio cd. Is it possable to use them & if so how do i do it? Or will I have to download a whole new player? Please help if you can!
