The blue star: It's meaning for me

I realized that I have now a blue star on top of my head (my avatar is my picture
). I do not really bother about these stars except that I wanted a blue one because blue is my favorite color - not because the blue one stands for a perfect rating here. Oh, I wouldn't say that I am not happy about the rating. In fact, I am very happy about it. I know that it can fluctuate and go back to red or yellow but it was nice having one.
Also, blue is my link to my husband. It is our favorite color and I can't imagine having our wedding in any other color. Even my wedding gown had blue beads and blue flowers and blue accents . His shirt was in different tones and hues of blue.
Blue, blue, blue. What does it mean to you? Is it just a coincidence that it has the same color as the perfect star? Or do you mind at all the star rating that you have, and be happy if it is the blue one?

I do mind my star rating. when I got a star it is rated 70/100. i dont remember its color but am proud to have one star with my user ID.
Later some one gave me a negative rating that it dipped to 60/100. I thought that day that there is some problem with the way I am responding to discussions. From then on I always posted discussions without abusing or criticising some one as it may give me negative rating.But today I was expecting to see a blue star and found it actually decreased to 86/100 from 89/100.
I will find the blue star soon enough.

congratulations on your star rating! it looks you have done a good job here. I also would like to have a blue star but personally I don't believe it really expresses anything real because people might rate other people for anything, even if they are not right.
I was talking about "star" wars in mylot in one of my discussions and many people mentioned that they were attacked unfairly by some others and lost their star ratings, what a bad thing to happen. It also happened to me when I used to answer political discussions in that interest.
but still, it is really nice to hear that the color "blue" has a special importance on you and you have reached the blue star :) Congratulations and happy mylotting!

Oh, it's easy to lower down that star. Yes, that is true. People who don't like your post can just give you a negative.

first of all i want to congratulate you for reaching blue star. blue is my favorite color too hehehe.. when i first got my 100th post, i had a blue star, but it went down to red & until now it's red lol i'm looking forward to get my blue star back & as you have said blue is the highest reputation here & i hope to get it back soon
