Have you ever taken Offense at a Response to your Discussion?

We start discussions and people respond to them on the MyLot community. I am curios to know if people take offense at any of the responses. For example, you mean something in your discussion and the response that you get is either irrelevant or downright rude.
Please right in about your experience with the responses you get for your discussions.

Taken offense, no. Disagreed with,yes. Been disappointed, yes, mainly when I think the person didn't read or understand the discussion. I don't think I've really gotten any responses that are downright rude. Irrelevant, yes, all the time!

I agree we get a lot of irrelevant responses. And I absolutely dont like it when people just copy paste other people's responses. That has happened to me a couple of times.

Except twice i have not got any offense. At first when i got negative response i got hurt. I was very upset about it. The person did not read the whole detail or may be misunderstood me & he made some offensive comment. But as i am do in mylot never offend anyone who responds to my discussion. I have not replayed to that person.
Another time one person tried to humiliate me. It was unforgivable. So i have waited to get my discussion old so no one finds out about it except that person. I have answered to every offensive word she threw at me.
I never did this before or never intend to do that but she crossed the limit. So i had no choice but to throw some offensive words to her.

Ya its pretty bad when someone crosses their limit like that. maybe you did the right thing by responding to her that way.

Yeah I guess a lot of people respond after just reading the title of the discussion and dont actually read the body of it.

till date, i haven't had such kind of problem. i can understand if somebody posts comments in rude language, ultimately i can't see myself calm.
