Did you go to the fair?

Do you have a big fair near you? When was the last time you went?We have the Great New York State Fair. I can't even begin to describe how big it is. We left the kids with their grandparents on Sunday and me, hubby, and a friend who was visiting had an adult day at the fair. We spent about 9 hours there. Then Monday we brought the kids and spent 12 hours. Tomorrow we plan to go again with all the kids, but this time my friend will not be with us.

It sounds like great fun, and no, we do not have anything like that where I live, nor anywhere near where I live. And when they do have fairs round here they are absolutely useless and have nothing there anyway. I think the last one we attended we were lucky to get half an hour out of it never mind 9 hours! Oh well, have fun when you go again anyway!
