Maybe its age, gender or country of residence, or maybe their interests influences or decision? What helps you wether to accept a friend request or not?

Hi Beaver, I have never refused friendship here. I just accept everyone that requests me and if something happens like if they become inactive or send me spam, I can always delete them later. As for the people I request, I usually request friendship from people that I find myself responding to their discussions over and over again. By the way, Welcome to mylot! Cheers, Tianna

I'm fairly picky. I'll only accept you if: I recognize your username, we've actually discussed things through a couple of different discussions on myLot, and if I think there's something we can relate to together (i.e. we don't have any immediate major disagreements). It seems to work so far.

for me it purely depends on my mood on that time.. if i am in a good mood,i will most probably accept the friend request....is not then i will simply reject it..
