is moneybookers is free like paypal, i am talking about personal account? and can i delete my account if i made account on it?

yes it is free to join like paypal. not sure about the delete account part why would you want to do that?

yes it is absolutely free! ., but i am not sure if you can delete your existing account.,why delete? you can actually edit any information that entered in registration.,
