People outside of the US may not understand how wonderful and unblieveable it is that we can have a Black man runing for President. I fought for this my whole life and I never thought it would happen, I am so proud of my country right now. Really whether he wins or not is not as important as the fact that the country gives him the chance. WOW

My congratulations to the United States of America. Welcome to the 21st Century. I only hope you can actually manage to elect him President. Surely, surely, surely it is his to lose, on the back of 6 years of Bush's post 9/11 shenanigans. I don't mean to sit too high on my horse though I should add. It's hardly like the British system of elections and government is thoroughly suited to the modern age. However, some how Britain and the rest of Europe have managed to avoid the utterly depressing slide of politics into petty personal attacks, soundbites, 527 groups and money as the ruler of all. We all need you to elect Obama. Please don't let us down.

I think a lot of us are loosing faith in our system, Bush got in on a totally illegal election and we stood by and let him. I have no idea what is going to happen this time.
