Controversial Song Mix Up?

Okay...there are two songs that i really like; I think they are really fun and entertaining. My issue is one of them was seen as this big controversial song, and the other I never heard any beaf about when I think it is FAR more controversial than the first. Now, I don't support women being abused, obviosuly. But he was in jail, she could have just left him. She's obvisouly a tough girl in the song, she could have just taken off while he was in jail. Instead she waits for him to get out, come home...and immeditaly shoots him-not in self defense at the time, mind you...he was not abusing her immediatly after getting home. I think he got what was coming to him when he was in jail, and she should have left him....I am NOT ragging on this song--I LOVE IT! I'm just saying--how could the first song get so much stink when this one gets off free?
