Have I done something wrong?

I think we all have times like that, I would take it personally, and i think we all get a little hurt when bo-one seems interested in what we have to say....keep smiling and stay happy...

Hey i am sorry to hear you feel that way...I do to a lot though...I make tons of posts and the most replies i have EVER had on one is ten... And that was just one the rest are all like four or less so I know how you feel it is disappointing when you see people with tons of responses and none on yours...If I see anymore of your post i will for sure try to respond!!!!!

Not as far as I know you've done nothing wrong. Sometimes members only start discussions and do not respond to discussions. Sometimes members find that a discussion may be one that could possibly get deleted so they do not respond also. There can be many reasons. How many friends do you have? Also it is a long weekend and I know I won't be around much from Friday until Tuesday possibly as well. A lot of members may have already headed out of town for the long weekend. I have no idea. I don't worry if I do not get many responses myself. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I have found it to be slow for me for a few weeks but that is probably just me. I don't reply to all discussions that come to me. If the discussion is one that I have no knowledge of or don't have any thing of interest to add I don't reply at all. You have in now way crossed me in any way.

I notice that you have only 60-some friends, so I'm thinking that is the problem. The more friends you have, the more exposure your discussions will have, which will of course increase the number of responses. I've written about that at length, and you can find it on my profile.

This week is also slow for me. For my exam I was unable to be much active in mylot. Usually I like to response more than starting a discussions. Though for this I loss the opportunity to reach payout this month. Now, might be the another reason is many one in mylot reach payout & they are taking a little rest. I think in the starting of september this slowness will be removed. I am also sorry for your problem. I hope you will be able to cut of the shock soon. Happy day!

Iam sorry hear about the arrest. But i do not think that could be the reason for no response. What i personally feel is that there are so many discussions going on, others may be busy in those or couldn't have located yours. I myself go with only top discussions as i dont have much time with studies..so keep smiling and happy.

Good heavens, no you haven't done anything wrong jerzgirl! I actually haven't been as active lately since I'm still working on that grant work --actually it's kind of done but I'm "fine-tuning" it, being the neurotic perfectionist that I am...LOL. And just today I was scanning some more of my previously published photo work, tweaking them at Photoshop then uploading them onto my photo website under the Published photos section...I plan to do a lot more work on my site as well in the next few days....also, it doesn't help that I'm not getting that many email notices of when friends start discussions...I've had this problem since all the upgrades..When I do come here at MyLot I'm often spending time responding to responders in my discussions...I'm WAY behind.

Probably just a slow week. Lot of folks in the US are on vacation this week. Last week before the majority of the schools start back!

I don't think our paths have crossed before but I wanted to say hello to and say that I'm not ignoring you. I'm asking you to be my friend so please message me when you want to. I haven't read about your daughter, but I wish her well and hopes she learns from her mistake, we all make mistakes, just some of us make bigger mistakes than others, I'm not judging you, and what ever she has done she is still your daughter nad I can tell from your post that you care and love her very much. the whole month of august was like that on and off for me.. i think people are just busy or more people are joining mylot to where posts are getting sucked into a black hole or something

You haven't done anything to me, in fact I was wondering where you've been. Mylot seems to be really slow these days. Just like I haven't seen you for a while jerzgirl. I read about your problem this morning but couldn't respond to anything until now and I only have a few minutes at that I hope you feel better soon.

when i read a post, and they ask for honesty, i give to them...and some people dont like some of my answers. hmmm....dont worry about it...people are lame sometimes!

I know exactly how you feel. I am really new to this whole Mylot deal, and I have started a few discussions, and only like 1 or 2 peopl reply to mine. I figure its just cause I'm new or something but I dont know. It is disppointing when I get on and no one has replied to my posts, or I go to other discussions and they have like at least 10 or 15 replys.... well good luck!

Don't take it personally. There are so many new discussions popping up on mylot all the time that sometimes a good discussion just gets bypassed. Keep posting and don't worry too much about pleasing everyone. Build up your friends list and those people should be answering some of your discussions. Have a great day and cheer up! It's Friday!

I think it's not really a time that people are behind their computers at the moment. For sopme, school has already started, whether they are 16 year olds in high school (the minimum age to be allowed to join myLot), or college. If school has already started, especially those in college, instead of being behind their computers to respond to other people's discussions, they might be standing on a long line leading into the college bookstore to get their textbooks, or standing on the long line to pay for them. Even if they had access to the internet, perhaps from their cell phone or sidekick or whatever, unless they sprout an extra pair of hands, they would probably have trouble trying to type out their responses. If schools have not opened yet (in my area, the academic year begins on September 1st, & schools open a day or two after Labor Day.), people are either out preparing for the school year, &/or parents are preparing for their kids' school year. Also, speaking of Labor Day, people may be too busy out on vacation, or shopping for that last barbecue party of the year.

You have not done anything wrong to me it is going a bit strange here on the Site as I am not even getting a lot of Discussions through either it is very slow on here and has been for a while now, I am not here that often any more either but I do respond when something comes through the Mail and I can respond to it, so sweetie you have not done anything wrong to me Hugs

Are you on my friends list?? Whether you are or not doesn't matter. I'm not recieving my email notifications these days. I have always loved your replies to my discussions and whether I reply or not depends greatly on what I have to add, if anything. I find you a thoughtful and insiteful person.

You've done nothing wrong its just how your life situation is treating you. When everything is going wrong for somebody this is how it is. You feel guilty and sometimes behave guilty. If you've not actually done anything how can you be guilty of anything. You need to pray.

everything will be past with the time going.life is planning how to live tomorrow.so,do not be worry about yesterday,there must be happy things in the future, so you just sit and wait it is coming.
