What do the stars next to peoples names here on MyLot mean? I've noticed 8's and 10's and such. I'm guessing it is some kind of a ranking system but I wasn't sure.

It means you've arrived baby! 100 posts gets you a star, 500 posts lets you cut and paste, after that you're star will change colors. Red to blue for the higher rankings, good luck and may your star shine bright.

Hey, I got my star and it is a 7. Now I'll have to watch it and see if it goes up or down. I decided to post tonight until I got it. I think you all have created a monster in me. I am driven by the star - oh no!

This is your ranking and you will get your star once you reach 100 posts so not long to go now. The rankings go up and so the higher the better. They can also go down for bad posts, or if you have posts being deleted alot. I hope you have a nice high start rating once you reach the big 100.
