why has african been the poorest,the undeveloped, the highest in HIVs, most hardhit by catastropies and disaster by both nature and manmade
is it just the normal unequalnes put forth by nature, or african are generaly backward, slow thinking, uninnovative.
why should africa have the worst of every thing,
according to me i thing god made thing to be like that so that we can have rich state/countries helping poor ones.coz where can rich countries like USA,VARTICAN and others be taking their supplus money/wealth.?

There is a saying that some people refer to "God left Africa a long time ago ". . I don't think its true. It's a place where there is still the best of everything natural. I do agree with you that the developed and developing countries need to do much more towards the betterment of the people and help in bringing stabilty to some of the areas. There is a lot which can be done towards helping the poor, the famine stricken, the outbreaks of deadly diseases and more.
It's truly sad that we turn our attention to those areas only when we find interests in the form of oil, diamonds and other natural resources.
