hi i am using paypal but i dont have a credit card.
so my account is unverified. i need to send money to another paypal account that is also unverified.
is it possible. if so tell me the steps.

no i dont think its possible i trieto send from an unverified account to a verifed accouint and it wouldnt let me you have to set up a bank account or a credit card
