someone just stole my cellphone!!!!!!!!

just the other night..i have decide to sleep at our sala so i would awaken at 6am because i have a class at 7:30 am. That was at 5 am, around 5:30am my mom woke up...suddenly i was awaken by her shout. Someone is at our window, and they are pointing there flashlights at me. They (there were 2 of them) sudenly took of when my mom shout at them.
Sadly to say, they have stolen my cellphone plus my mom's. they have used a stick with a sticky substance in the end so even at a great distance they can get it.
It really really saddens me how our community has evolve to this.
Do you have any similar situations? or any advice to other people here so we could avoid this circumstnances? thank you.

I can understand your feeling. Someone pickpocket my cellphone when I was in a mall. Thsy took my newly bought mobile phone when I was in the queue... it was reallly bad experience I had, so I had to buy new cellphone to be able to reach my mom again...

thats too bad..i just hope that the authorities would do something about it or our inventores could think up of ways on how to avoid cellphone snatching. but for our own safety while this things are not yet thought about. let us all be wary and think of ways on how we could stop other people from stealing our things.

No, I don't think that there's anything the cops can do about my case. I mean, I have gone to the security there, and told them anything but there's nothing they've done about that. I even report it to the cops, but there still nothing. So I'd rather let it go... I got new cellphone instead
