saving yourself from stress

Rencetly,i often feel tired ,i known a i must face a lot of stress.people often claim that they are under stress in modern society,included me.
Actually ,a lot of the stress is created by ourselves.My friend told me a litter journey into history.Humans didn't always live the way we do now,several thousand years ago,we were hunter-gatherers.there were no shops around,If you wanted food,you went out and got it,What if it is a cold winter and there are no plants around?some animals fight back,Are you sure you could catch one? Think about the stress those people were under as they worried where the next meal.Are you feel stressed because you have to walk 20minutes to a shop?
students often complain about the stree they are under because of study.they should think themselves lucky that they are not working 8 hour days in the field,particaularly a century or two ago when was no modern equuipment to help with the work,many people still work under such conditions,
In order to resolve the problem from a stress,the best way is told yourself that is ok ,,you just thought about the primary people how to live ,you maybe feel better,in fact,many stress come from our heart ,only help ourselves ,can face the more stress.,

Stress is not good for you and long term extreme stress can cause a heart attack so it's always best to reduce the amount of stress you're under as much as possible. If you can't change your life you can change the way that you respond to it and keep your stress level down that way. I never worry about whether there's traffic ahead that will slow me up anymore. I'll arrive when I arrive and my blood pressure will still be normal.
