7-8 hours of sleeping is actually the right time of sleeping, but if you are working and you rise up early and sleep late you can't make it.Sometimes i do sleep more than 8 hours if i don't any obligations to especially on vacation and holidays.

I feel you should sleep enough that you do not feel drowsy or tired when you wake up. My body is pretty much used to about 6 hrs sleep every night and I am as right as rain the next day. There is trouble however when I sleep less or more than the amount I sleep everyday or If I over exert myself on particular days of the week. Though I must say sleeping is something I look forward to every day.:)

Hello! Sleep is a natural healer. It is a remedy for many maladies.disturbed sleep can be hazardous.sleep disturbance may contribute to forgetfulness, fatigue and other diseases.therefore don't miss out on sleep and don't economise either. For all ages except elderly people 7/8 hours of sleep is essential. But it depends on your profession. If you are a software professional you require maximum sleep of eight hours because you have to spend most hours in front of p.c.screen and this may affectyour eyes, which in turn leads to headache and other problems. If you are a working professional other than software you require more sleep as you have to remain alert and focused to optimise your performance.so in that case you have to sleep minimum seven hours.similarly if you are a media professional you must have maximum six hours of sleep to have a healthy mind and tireless body.so young elders should sleep 7/8 hours daily.thanx.

according to the new study a person need to sleep for less than 6 hours but not more than 8 hrs yes its true sleeping really affects the health of a person because sleeping means to refreshing the mind from all the burden that he faces all the day but still while sleeping brain go on working also sleeping is connected with the eyes if u will sleep less your eyes gona became week and u gona have dark circles and if u sleep more your eyes gona swollen a bit . so in human being every body part is connected with each part its a kinda cycle wheel.
