Call from Customer Care When Waiting for Important Calls...

Hey guys. I am a Vodafone User. Getting so irritated because of the customer care. It keeps on calling me twice a day. Thats really irritating. Especially when I am waiting for some important call, Vodafone never fails to call. The same case in Texting also. When I expect message from someone, Vodafone will send 2 or 3 messages. Have you ever experienced it???

Vodafone is powered by Verizon, so yeah, there has to be a way to cancel their calls and texts. I am with Virgin mobile (powered by sprint) and I get texts from the company, as I get free minutes by viewing commercials. If I want to I can cancel those too. You need to view their website. Log in with your account and try to make changes from there, that is what I would do. Good luck.

I am not familiar with your cell service, but there has to be a way to cancel these calls or text messages. Try their web site.

I just asked about it to the customer care and what they say is "Its a part of our service Mam!!". Hehe.

Not only me actually. Many of my friends have registered complaints about this and got the same reply. We also said that we don't want your service. Still they are repeating the same. Hehe.

I don't have any such problems as you are facing but the network in my locality is so bad.I recently shifted to a new house and I cannot find any network.I complaint many times but it is hopeless,I am planning to switch to another network.

Sometimes some cell companies do not get "bars" in certain areas. Try logging to their web site and see what is going on. If that is the problem you need a new company. Good luck.

Hey they will consider your complaint only if so many from your area complaint about it. Otherwise they won't consider.

It is really irritating ...I can understand..here in my country I am not facing such a problem..why don't you talk to the service provider and settle the things...after all it is your right, and they will be having a solution for it..I hope so..

hi vidhya ,u r talking about receiving just twice a daily call. I used to get about 8-10 calls.nothing can help it.neither I can switch off my cell nor put into silent mode.so its really awsome condition

I have also got calls like that. Happy that its reduced now. hehe. All the best. hehe. lol.
