$10.00 per refferral?

I haven't logged into revolution money exchange in a while, but I just did to activate my card. I thought that they $10.00 per referrals was over, but the site still says spread the word and collect $10.00. Anyone know if this is still going on or not? I also wanted to ask if anyone received the card from them? I received a debit card from them and a piece of paper saying that if I spend $25.00 or more with the card that I get $5.00. I can do it up to 3 times. So that would be a total of $15.00 if I use the card three times to spend $25.00 or more. Anyone get this?
