if you are new in this field i suggest you try to signup and create free websites on sites like freewebs and weebly.
very easy signup and rest of the stuff is taken care of the site itself.
but if you want a own website (like you are ready to pay for it or something)
i don't know about that.if you get some info on that please inform me.
