I have a brother and he has join in many PTC site. He earn much enough from there. So i started interest with that things. The problem is the site is only receive one user with one computer because the site check it from IP address. So I can join it. I think the way out for a longa go. Then I found. I bought a new pc and I have one internet connection and the type is cable with modem. I use one connection with swicth to split it so i can use it in two computer. The question is : The IP address for connection will same when my both computer online? If no, I can join the PTC sites. thank for you all that have a time to read and answer my questions.

The IP addresses will be the same. Your computers have different IP addresses but this not what the internet sees. It only sees the address of your router. So no I don't thing you'll be able to join the same sites. You could look different sites and join them.

My son and I share internet connection, via a splitter, and I believe we each have our own IP address. I am not sure. But, he has joined a couple of sites that I am on so....yeah, I think we have different IP addresses.

Hi winzpc, No the ip address will be diffrent even if you use the same moderm for internet connection.. for eg: the cyber cafe..Do you think they get diffrent connection for every pc.. no they have one internet connection and few setting to have more than one pc connected to the moderm.. I think you can just buy one cpu and then connect it to... but if you dont want to do the plugin - plugout every day then buy a new pc.. thanks and enjoy :)

yes, You were right that eventhough you have a 20 computers in the house it would and still be in the same IP Address because you are both using the same line connection with your internet provider........

Hi there! I have 3 PC at home. (2 laptop and 1 desktop) Me and my sister is using the same cable connection since my modem can connect 4 PC at once. I think the IP address is something to do with the PC its own. Not the internet. I'm not really sure but me and my sis can online at the same site at the same time. =)

Your 3 PCs have different internal IP addresses but to the outside, I think all of you will show the same address. You can check - have all 3 online at the same time, and go to www.whatismyip.com - see if you get the same address for all 3.

the connexion is shared , so you don't have the Same address ip dude...it's logic, the modem give a ip to your brother, then check the iptables and give you another ip address, like that there is no Conflict.. to be sure dude, when you are connected go to this website : www.whatismyip.com do the same at your brother's computer and that's all. Goodluck.

Just try it and find out some sites claim to not accept computer which uses proxies,Proxy is more than one computer on a router, but sometimes you can join sites with these restrictions without any trouble. So just join and see what happens it can't hurt all that could happen is that you are denied access to that site.

Hi wimzpc, I don't see any problem if using two pcs from the same address, unless both can't be on online at the same time. Tamara
