What things come to your mind on seeing these words. This was a topic for a group discussion and I would like to know from Mylotters what is the first thing that comes to your mind on seeing these words.

when i think of a strip, i think of a long narrow piece of material....such as a strip of paper or a strip of cloth.
when i think of a strap i basically think of the same thing, but it's functional....such as to hold some thing up, or hold something together or closed.

hi sconibear, that a good suggestion. I'd say a strap to hold the strip of cloth.
