My English is poor, so I often fail in the exam. What should I do to improve my poor English!

Read more, talk more and listen more.
Try to read more books, newspaper or magazines. Pay attention to the grammar and the vocabulary. Check out the dictionary if you see any words you do not know.
Try to communicate with your friends more using English. This will help all of you to improve English.

Thank you for your help. I find that it is easy to forget the word which I just remembered. But I will try to do it as you say.
but i guess we can learn English better if we knew the right way of how to learn English.

Maybe you need to take some english course outside your school. Read more english book and newspaper.
I myself is very poor with english. But now I quick good in english. Because I read and teach english to my private student. I think the most important things to learn is the tenses. I have understand the english tenses when I'm 16 years old, it's very ashame for me, because every chil around 8 to 9 years has know how to use the tenses very well.
