Should a baby get executed for shooting her brother?

I read a story in a newspaper about a baby is about to be executed for shooting her brother when her parents are out. I don't know how a baby could use a gun but do you think the baby should get executed?

I don't know if it's a true story definitely a baby should not be executed unless the baby has the brain of a teenager or an adult.
