many people in the world like badminton. This's one of the favourite sports in the world. soeasy if you want to play it, but if you want to go internasional tournament, you must have a high skill. Like Sony Dwi Kuncoro (ind), Taufik Hidayat (Ind), Lin Dan (China), and many more..

Hi there Kambing! I like Badminton too! We have it as our current lesson in Physical Education 3, with the description "Dual Sports". We have badminton now and Table tennis for our finals. I love playing it, my whole body works with badminton and it is a great exercise both for the body and the mind. I don't have any dream about playing it internationally though. I just like doing it for fun and exercise.

Badminton is never an easy game, I've started playing since 11 and loved it. Got my first lesson a year later and stuck up there till states level (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) But then, the worst happened, twisted my left ankle during a semis game and forfeited the game, was never up to that level anymore after that. Anyway, I still continue to play till this day, the skills never left but needs polishing. From my personal experience, you need a very strong wrist to play badminton, train on your wrist muscle. Remember your grip, a good player is able to switch his grip depending on shots, drop shots, net shots, tight spinning shots, backhand! But the key to all skills, as i've mentioned, is your wrist, work on ur wrist and you can train on other skills later. Besides that, hand - eye coordination, not everyone has the natural ability to judge a shuttle's flight, moreover it is a racquet game, thus coordination + timing!! Nobody said it is easy, but with constant practice, anything goes!
