Do you floss and brush your teeth regularly? I am just wondering if it is healthy to floss daily. I just thought that rubbing the floss onto your teeth can damage the tooth enamel. Any thoughts?

well i'm pretty certain that it won't damage the tooth enamel. our tooth enamel is made of one of the hardest substance. dental floss can't damage it even if you wanted it to. things that can damage it are only acid and hard stuff like bones and impact. i brush my teeth regularly but don't really floss. i just don't have the habit to do it. cheers ;p

well, i do use floss to clean my teeth everyday since it's what my dentist recommends me to do just to reach areas where the toothbrush can't reach.. it cleans my teeth better and it doesn't damage the tooth enamel because it only takes away the dirt that sticks from the tooth..

I brush my teeth regularly. I do it at morning and night. But I never floss my teeth. Beside that this kind of thing is not very popular in my place. My doctor never teel me to use it. So I don't know how it shape until I see you picture. Then I realize and know it. Thank's for the info. I will try the floss next time.
