A scam to hack paypal money??

One day as i was surfing on you tube and try to click on anything that's intresting, saw one paticular video that intrest me. "How to hack paypal money". When i saw all of the whole of the video it really doubts my judgement that can you really hack paypal for money?? Is it some other scam that the user is trying to use your account to hack you for cash??

Someone hacked my paypal acct.
paypal froze the acct when they saw some one trying to transfer $800
because I don't have that kind of money. or spend that kind of money- they
knew it was fishy and called me and sent me messages.
somehow they get your password.
that is why you are urged to change it periodically.

Unless you know the log in and password of someones account, you cant do anything. There are emails that claim to be Paypal but address you as Dear Paypal Member or Sir/Madam. Real Paypal emails will use your full real name to address you. Also Paypal will never email you to give your password or bank info. That is the only way to get scammed from Paypal.
