OATS ... a new magician

Its last few years, OATS has become very familiar in my country and most of the people started having OATS as an added breakfast and it keeps you healthy in a way. And cooking oats is also easier, so the bachelors too make it as a habit instead of skipping the breakfast....
Do you experienced with OATS and
Whats really a commonly used breakfast in your place which is healthy tooo?

Hi there Rkrish!
Oatmeal is also considered as a healthy breakfast here. My grandmother and my mother always have that for breakfast ever since they were hospitalized because of high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Oats are a favorite breakfast for us, and I grind up the instant oatmeal into whole grain flour and add it to other foods such as pancakes, muffins, or whatever. Here we also have a drink made from oats which is used as a substitute for milk. I love oats!
One of our favorite cookies is oatmeal cookies with raisins :-) Yums!
