I hear a way to lose weight.

I hear from one of my friend a way how to lose weight. When you lie in the bed. You keep you feet higher that your head. And this will slow the foods to go down, and you will uneasily to be hungry. So you can have less and you will lose weight. Do you think it is reasonable?

Think about it...If it were that easy, there would be NO fat people in the world!!! so don't be eating & sleeping with your feet up as you will just gain weight!!!

It could be for a very few people we have a low metabolic rate when we sleep and eating before sleeping isn't really suggested as most likely a lot of it would be stored as excess fat during the night. This is regardless if the feet is up or not. It does increase blood circulation in the upper body but still, the slow metabolic rate will not be enough to burn the food efficiently. It is still better to eat regularly and sleep at least 2 hours after eating. The best way is to increase your metabolic rate by exercising (both cardio and weight lifting is important) and having ample time to rest. It isn't easy at all. Take care.

I think its possible. And it depends on each individual. If a certain person do it consistently, then you will be able to lose weight with control of food intake. Any lose weight techniques and methods needs a lot of determination. Never give up. I have read an article in the newspaper that says about a certain actress who wanted to lose some weight by undergoing a surgery. She enjoyed 5 months of having a se*y body. Later she was not able to control her food intake, and she got bigger again. No matter what methods you use to lose weight, like dieting, exercise, taking pills, injections or undergoing surgery. I think Control and Determination works hand in hand inorder to achieve your goal.
