He's so cute. He is some type of small dog and stays in the house all the time. Well, except for his walks and visits with the neighbors. He loves coming and seeing us when we are outside. Today he came over and I said hello. His "mama" told him to say hello and he did. It's weird that you can actually understand what he says! He can say I love you and bye also.

I had never seen a talking dog before. What kind of bread is he? He must be very very cute! I wish to have one pet dog but my mum wont allowed me to have one, because she think it would be a mess at home if she allowed one.

He is very cute. He's white and tan in color. He is a Chihuahua. If you train the dog he won't make a mess in the house. It does take a few days to train them though!

I am just fascinated by your title.. a dog talks? are you sure?? it is pretty amazing to hear that. Really talk like people or you are just imagining his gestures as communicating or talking? weird ha? But anyway, if that is true.. it is really cool!! I never heard a dog that talks.. well, they give sounds, but no actually talking. they can understand and follow instructions but to talk? well. I can't stll believe unless I see one. have a good day.

You can understand him better sometimes than other, but he says hello and bye. His owners just tell him to say it and he does.

Cool! My mom's dog says "out" sometimes. Seriously! When my mom and I are on the phone, I can hear her dog in the background wanting to go out and it actually sounds like she is saying, "out" I love it! Every time my mom gets on the phone with anyone, her dog wants to go out! The only things my dogs do are bark, growl, and howl, but I swear my puppy Jake knows the words eat and out. As soon as you say, "You want to eat, Jake?" He runs right over to his bowl. When we say, "out" he runs right to the door. Jake and Jasper do not get along and if you say Jasper in front of Jake he starts growling. He has Rotweiller and Chow in him and he can get mean and rough. Of course Jasper is bigger than him and can kick his butt anytime, lol. We have to keep those two away from each other because they have gotten into a couple of fight where my husband had to pull them apart. I hate it when my animals don't get along. Jake gets along with my two girls and my other house dog and Jasper gets along with my two girls and house dog but they do not like each other!

Cool about your Moms dog. I wonder if some breeds can learn to talk easier than others if people would just take the time to teach them? Might be cool topic for an article..lol

Okay, now, that's just too weird. What kind of dog is it? Is it big or small? I can't imagine that. Well, one time on tv, I saw a dog that talked. He just sort of yawned and whined, but it actually sounded like real words. Pretty impressive, I must say. Your neighbor dog sounds pretty cute, I must admit.

He is a Chihuahua. He does the same thing, it looks like he is yawning but you can understand him most of the time. It's pretty cool to watch.

I saw some videos on Youtube showing talking dogs before. I have to say I wasn't wuit impressed, as I had just come over from watching "Talking cats", and the cats had better pronounciation, lol.

LOL. I tried to teach my cat to talk. He could sorta say mama, but then I quit working with him. Now he's too set in his ways to worry with me.

Hey this is the first time I'm hearing that a dog can talk. Sound pretty weird according to me. Did u mean he barked in a way that obviously meant a Hello or something like that? Small dogs look really cute. I just love dogs so much. But the problem is i stay in a flat and to maintain a dog in a flat becomes a problem. They tend to mess up the place. That's the reason my parents don't allow me to have one.

No, they've actually taught him to say a few words. He says hello, goodbye, and I love you. I don't know if he knows anymore or not.

That is so nice. I would love to meet a talking dog just like your neighbors. Sometimes dogs instill so much emotions in their barks that you can actually hear their words. Any dog lover like me and you can easily understand what a dog wants or is trying to express. Dogs are one of the sweetest and cutest things God has ever made.

He is very cute and sweet. He always wants to be petted and loves talking. He will pull them across the road to see us when we are out.
