Some people don't make sense to me

The guy who owns the park that our mobile home is in only has the dumpster emptied once a week. No matter how full it gets, he won't have it emptied twice. Him and another guy get out there and climb INSIDE the dumpster and mash the trash down. I just don't understand this. They are risking getting sick and doing something totally gross, because he doesn't want to pay for one more dumpster run. There are over 50 mobile homes in this park, so I'm pretty sure he could afford to do the dumpster twice a week.

I don't think I would want to be crawling inside a dumpster filled with garbage. That does not sound sanitary!It sounds like there's a couple of options here: 1--he could purchase or rent another dumpster, so there would be 2 (i.e. he'd have double the space for garbage) or 2--he could have the dumpsters emptied twice a week. I'm with you on this one.
