would you consider buying class B stuff over it's class A counterpart?

there are a lot of stuff that didn't pass quality control that are currently out of the market and it is way cheaper as compared to the authentic ones that passed quality control. if the difference is just minor and you can save a lot with class B, would you consider buying it instead and consider it a saving or buy the authentic thing and thing that it is way much better for it is of quality. Class A or Class B?
