Which is the best web-designing software?

The Web-designing is a million dollar industry.Thousands of websites are launched every day.We admire them and think we too can have one.....
But the problem arises how to build it,should we ask our friend who knows how to or pay for it to a professional.
But this industry has grown more than our thinking.
Today there are sites which help in preparing your website online only and there are tools by which you can build one at your home on your pc....But confused again which to choose...Dreamweaver,Durpal,Xampp,Trendyflash,etc.,etc.,
So this a discussion to know from the knowledgeable which is the best web designing software by which a user can prepare a site without knowing the coding language for it.

I used Ms Frontpage before when i was starting, then i learned to hard code in notepad. Doing your own in notepad is good because you know what you're doing, if you have errors, you'll know where it is because you understand your work.
I also use dreamweaver now.

the best designing soft in my opinion is Adobe Photoshop, Too great, lot of Options, ways to save your PSD files, convert to html...
if we gona talk about Dynamique content website, Dreamwaver still a good option, but now with the Several CMS (content management scripts) in the Market the things become easy for Designers, because the Webmastering knowledge that they have to aquire is resolved by the CMS platforms ;)

Dreamweaver, Flash, and Photoshop are great tools combinations in creating a good website.
Dreamweaver is a great WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) web page design program. using Dreamweaver you can create web page even without a knowledge on HTML. if you want create flash page but you don't have a knowledge on using Flash you can use Swish. It is a very easy software for flash creations. you can do almost everything on Flash with Swish.
