I love belgium waffles, they are my favorite!
I got so spoiled, last year when we were living at the Residence Inn. They had belgium waffles for breakfast every day. Naturally my thighs didn't appreciate it!
How do you like to eat your waffles?
I like mine just with syrup. Once in a while I like to get a real crispy one and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it! Yummy.
Now my girls prefer the frozen Eggo ones. Yucky poo!

I have not had a lot of experience with waffles, no kidding. I've never owned a waffle iron. Just lately, I've really been considering purchasing a waffle iron. But, I'm afraid I won't use it much. Plus, I have to find a place to store it, which won't be easy. I like my waffles in restaurants with syrup. I've never had ice cream or anything like that on one.
I have eaten the Eggos waffles, but they are soggy. Guess I've never had a really good waffle before...

OOOOH you're making my mouth water. I love waffles! But I've never been able to make them and eating out isn't in my budget. I usually like them with butter and maple syrup, but sometimes I'm in the mood for something different and would love to have some with strawberry preserves and a smidge of whipped cream! Of course they must always be buttered before putting any other topping on them.
