What is your opinion on the issue of ancestral domain? Speak up brothers and sisters - Muslims and Christians alike.

Im am from Mindanao. I live in Davao City. And with regards to Ancestral Domain? heck a waste of time. I mean come on. What's the purpose of this agreement between MILF and the government? To give them bigger den for their terroristic plot? What's up with that. Ok given the reason that it's for the sake of harmonious relationship among Christian and Muslims. Hey, are we not living to that kind of environment right now? Only those rebels who do nothing but worsen the peace process and kill civilians disturbs our living, and even stained the name of Islam. All we want is peace. And peace alone. I just hope that the government will hear this outcry from the peace-loving people of Mindanao.

i agree with you very much. it is not the entire muslim community that sympathizes with these terrorists. SOme muslims have been living peacefully with christians for so long now. Why can't these rebels be satisfied with ARMM? If we give them BJE now, then what next? They're on their way of claiming the whole Mindanao. That's just really sick because they are just plain terrorists. They no longer fight for their beliefs, they have even made their fellow muslims victims of their terrorism. They have become selfish not to think of other peoples lives, Muslim or Christian, as long as they claim Power and become indespensable.

Yes, I am from the Philippines but unfortunately I am not from Mindanao. I just to say that we are all Filipinos. We maybe divided my water but don't you think how amazing it is that even though we are group of islands, we are still able to unite and have one goal. I am not aware of the ancestral domain. I am far right now but I really wish we will have peace in our country. Take care =)

I am from the Philippines and I am from Mindanao. Good thing is that I live in a peaceful city, but I have relatives from other cities in the island. Ancestral domain? Does it refer to the Islam's desire to posses Mindanao? I just can't see their point, we're existing peacefully, what more do they ask for? I mean, they already have ARMM, why do they have to possess everything? The bad thing is that they even hurt civilians due to their terrorist attacks..It's quite disappointing for me...I hope that they're gonna settle this out...^^

hi there, Im from mindanao and im sick and tired of hearing the same problem over and over again. I really dont understand why our government tolerate that kind of peace talk by giving all their demands including their ancestral domain. Do they learn from the past? Granting their demands is not the solution to this problem anymore because the problem arise long long time ago since 1950s if im not mistaken, And peace talk nogtiation is already done but it is no use because once you give in their demands they just keep on wanting more and more from the government. Non stop demand, just creating other problem. I think they should come up with another solution like what ex president estrada do by using the military to stop all of them .

I really do think you're fortunate.
