When I try to start it up , I get the message that it encountered an unexpected problem and had to close. There are two temporay files that it lists as the problem. I have tried to delete these files but I cannot. Any suggestions?

I would recommend you call the tech support people at your internet service provider. They are usually able to help you solve the problem. Most providers offer at least some tech support for free. There have been many time I should have called my provider for tech support when I first encountered the problem rather than trying to fix it myself. Give them a call and see if they can help you...

A conflict between programs can cause the program to crash. I suggest you install Outlook Express again or Microsoft outlook 2003 again.

Forget ISP tech support, they have nothing to do with OE. I guess you were installing some win updates, or other "system" wide software and it conflicts OE cosing it to crash. Try uninstalling it, reboot, then install it once again. If this doesn't help, write down error code and post it here. To install OE you will need your Win*** Installation CD.
