Fresh Pico de gallo

We have fresh pico from our garden. There just isn't anything better! Tomatoes, white onions, jalapenos, green peppers, green onions, and some other unidentified peppers (lol) and cilantro.
Do you like fresh pico? Do you make anything like this? How do you like to eat it?
We make quesadillas, eggs, mac and cheese, with chips, just a million uses!

hi laglen...i used to work in a restaurant where one of the guys in the kitchen would make fresh pico de gallo. it would really liven up the air it the kitchen for sure. but i found it fascinating to watch him make it since i've only just heard of it. he'd chop all the ingredients up like an artist and took great pride in making it so well. it was then placed on the mexican food area of the cold bar. i enjoyed watching him make it.

I haven't made my own. Usually when I eat Fresh pico it is at our local Qdoba restaurant. It is delicious. I usually eat it with a chicken quesadilla. Yummy, may have to go get one tomorrow.
